Terms Of Service.

These Terms Of Service and additional conditions may me disclosed to you for the services you select. (‘‘Terms’’) is an agreement between you and Lyrical Ink Poets. Any LIP owned services linked to other terms of service are governed by that service terms.

By using the Services you acknowledge that you have read and are legally bound by these provisions. Please do not use our services, if you do not agree to these regulations. Without prior notice we reserve the right to modify or amend these guidelines. Continued use of the Services following the changes to these Terms will mean you accept these modifications.

1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The content featured on or through the Services including without limitation graphics, texts, photographs, still images, sound video, moving images, illustrations and software( Collectively Content), is owned by LIP, its licensors, content providers, vendors, agents, as applicable. All elements of the services and content are protected by trade dress, trademark, copyright and other laws relating to Intellectual Property Rights. LIP reserves the right to track the usage of content.

2. COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT

The act of using another person’s copyrighted material without permission. This can include: using images, photographs, sharing copyrighted material via email or on document servers, uploading copyrighted material to the internet, downloading licensed software from unauthorized sites, and reposting, downloading or sharing copyrighted content on social media.

The legal penalties for copyright infringement are: Infringer pays an amount in damages and profits, all attorney fees and court costs etc. Copyright Infringement example: Constituting Maya Angelou entire poem into a published work without her permission.

PLAGARISM

Copyright infringement and Plagiarism are two dissimilar issues. The Federal law protects artist original works from being duplicated and distributed without permission of the author. Copyright is a Federal Law.

Plagiarism example: Not citing the source when using a line or the entire poem. It would appear that the person writing the poem is the original creator, when in fact they are not.

3. UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED USE:

You will not use LIP services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms or is otherwise prohibited under applicable law as a condition of your use of service. You may not use the services in any manner that could disable, damage, overburden, or impair the services by interfering with any other party’s use and enjoyment, Unauthorized access to any Services is not allowed.

4. INDEMNIFCATION

In connection with any claim you agree to indemnify and hold harmless LIP from all loses, liabilities and damages related to or arising out of your use of the services.

5. RELEASE

You release LIP and the representatives from any and all claims, damages, demands, of every kind, known, unknown, suspected, unsuspected, undisclosed and disclosed in anyway connected with such disputes.

6. TERMINATION OF SERVICE

Without notice for any reason we reserve the right to terminate any of the Services at any time. Including without limitation for misuse of services in anyway or inappropriate unsafe and unlawful behavior as determined in our sole discretion.
